About Me
I am 30, I live in Scotland. I have psoriatic arthritis and I am a Quaker. I’m married, I have a young family and I teach part time. This blog is a rather self-indulgent attempt to make sense of my life with arthritis and to collect some writings and quotes on Quakerism that I find interesting but never seem to remember or apply to my life!

Hello arthritic Quaker. I was googling for info on pain management and came across your blog; is it still active? I have psoriatic arthritis without psoriasis ; I was told it was RA until I moved last year and was rediagnosed. Glad about the rediagnosis because it means my lower back pain is included in what the doctors assess.
But I’m also saying hello because I’m an Attender at the Ipswich Meeting.
Well, it’s semi-active! I’ve been busy with work, but I have a huge list of things to post about when I find the time. It’s nice to hear from you, I hope you are able to find some information on pain management, there is another blog called healthskills that I like to visit from time to time, there is some good information there. http://healthskills.wordpress.com/
